Background:

Pia Mamut studied European Studies/Public Administration as a double diploma at the Universities of Münster and Twente (2007-2011) and took her master’s degree in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science at the University of Lund (2011-2013). As a research associate of the Institute of decentralised Energy Technologies she managed third party funding projects promoting German climate and energy model regions with a focus on international networking (Regio Twin, 100%-RES-Communities, Cross-Clustering Energy & Mobility Northern Hesse). Since 2016 Pia Buschmann is a Ph.D. candidate at the Chair of International Relations and Sustainable Development of the Institute of Political Science in Münster.

 

Research Interests:

Energy and climate policies (regional implementation), sustainability and sustainable consumption, power theories (with an emphasis on discourse)
